Vader cabinets, what can you say about them?

Seems like heavy duty cabs made of good materials... Just speakers are not Celestion Vintage 30, but Eminence (http://www.eminence.com/) speakers...

So what do you say?
How those Eminence speakers sound compared to Celestion Vintage 30? Are they better or worse?

The speakers in these cabs are/were supposed to be Eminence's version of V30's. But, I've heard many say they sound nothing like them. That said, I'm friends with some endorsers of Vader cabs and they rave about them. Can't say I dug them more so than other real V30 loaded cabs, though, and I think the price is a tad high for what they are.
