VINTERLAND stole KATATONIA's artwork!

I just noticed today that on the back of the booklet of VINTERLAND's excellent album "Welcome My Last Chapter", they've shamelessly used KATATONIA's "Moonbride" artwork that was used on the "For Funerals To Come..." shirt:

Heh, I thought it looked familiar. Shame on you, VINTERLAND!
 
So you're absolutely sure that that piece of art is copyrighted to Katatonia and created by and/or for that shirt, and not, for example, a piece of art by some external artist? If not, it might be that Katatonia, too, just 'ripped' (used) the artwork for the shirt, and thus Vinternland have done nothing wrong.
 
And I see there is another new limited shirt up for grabs, one that's limited to 33 (!)

I have the one with the reaper guy holding the scythe around the girl's throat... I think that was one of their first shirts prinited... this shirt rules!
