Vintersorg...Are These Guys Any Good?

Right now I'm listening to alot of In Flames and Opeth. And I mix it up with the old (Iced Earth, Blind Guardian, Demons & Wizards) and the new (Arch Enemy, Nevermore).

Do they sound like these bands? Do they have a unique sound of their own?

They do have a cool logo...

Anyway, that's all I want to know...

And if they're worth getting into, what to start with first?

Vintersorg sounds like Vintersorg. Go www.vintersorg.com and download some sound examples..

Start with "Till Fjälls" and then buy'em all.

It's quite a unique sound, first 3 albums is with alot of akustic guitars, cosmic genesis (2000) and visions (2002) is alot more technical..

all albums are great and very varying..

start with till fjälls or cosmic genesis

Visions takes a while

Try it out Mr. Overlord I guess it is more difficult to like Vintersorg then, lets say In Flames. But if you are lucky it will apeal to you
