Actually, I just use my cheap MP3player's recorder and It works fine..

Alright. I don't like buying cheap shit that isn't going to work. A couple friends of mine use Sonar. It's relatively cheap in price and seems to work pretty good for them.

I use CoolEdit 2.0 Pro, works quite well though its most probably not as powerfull as the more expensive stuff
