vocals help. recorded with sm57 with no pop filter

i have no idea if what im doing is right. and i have no idea what steps to take to make this "better". im really stuck guys. input would be greatly appreciated.

take note i have no studio, no outboard gear. just an m audio fast track guitar, a zoom g2.1nu and reaper

for what you have to record vocals it sound pretty dang good to me.the only thing is it sounds like you recorded it in a very open room so it sound like there is alot of natural reverb on it.i would try to rerecord it in a more controlled environment.
