Fuck! I wouldn't use any of them!!! They look dated and too close to something that might be used by Primal Fear....
The last one has potential, if it the design were like on
wood that was aged like some kind of tribal like design
of sorts....Good luck!

Gotta agree with Sixx here. Last one seems the best, others look too much like Euro Happy Power Metal stuff, and as I listened to some samples , you really don't want to be compared to those !! As you sound much more oldschool or "true" metal, I would definatly go for the last one !

I agree with them. 4 is only that hit me.
I don´t realy like that computer graphis so much.

I like the first one the best. I always have liked Pegasus! I think you can use that without being taken for a Euro-power-metal band. I like the last one the least!

I have to agree with the majority. These days, cover art looks great, but there are soooo many out there with cover art similar to the first three, that I don't think your release would stand out.

I'm between 2 and 4. I'll discard the rest.

I like the art in 2 but is kind of being used before like Sixxi said, the 4 is very simple and primal and I like that but maybe is too simple for a debut more for a demo. Can't make my mind that easy.

The first does look like an artwork that could be used by PF
The second had too many dragons and flying goons that not even Rhapsody would use it and the last is out of the question, so guess I’ll go for No 3 since it has the best graphics.

Look around the net for artwork of a Phoenix. Many artists (not ones that actually get money for their work) would be more than happy to allow his/her art displayed as a cover on your release as long as they are mentioned in the credits.
One other suggestion (though I am not trying to say I am some guru about cover art) is go with plenty of green and or blue on your sleeve. While a Phoenix burns and rises from the ashes which would be black, gray, red orange, etc. too many metal bands use those colors. If you go with some blue and green which are cooler colors and maybe not exactly "metal" it will stand out more.

Phoenix is cool in my book but I'm not too fond of these computer graphics, as Sixx said they look too slick IMO. It somewhat lacks "emotion", if such a word can be used for a cover art. Just my 2 cents
