at least you got to go to the gym. I did something bad to my lower back 2 weeks ago and I am still in pain. I did make it in there one day and did some bench presses. I think Wham was on the radio.
 
Well, I don't want us to get it twisted here. My gym kinda sucks non musically haha. The heaviest the db's go is like 120 or something which is lame, and theres only one squat rack. Plus it's usually overrun with middle class jadrools decked out in underarmour and shit. It's pretty sad.
