The old monitor guy, Roger, was a god. Seriously, the Misfits hired him from their one night there. The new guys have left something to be desired, like the slightest idea what might actually be happening on stage, and the ability to look at the performers to see if they want you to change something.

Yeah dude, if you want anything done you typically have to either wave frantically, scream into the mic, or do it yourself.
