I actually don't have a scale. The last time I weighed myself I was around 185 and that was a few weekends ago. I weight train 6 days a week so I'm sure I've gained weight since then as well.
I would like the heights added as well. I'm 5 feet 8.5 inches.
I am 229 today, down from 237 on the 19th. I have been been doing cardio everyday for 45 mins to an hour, and lifting every other day. In July I went from 225 down to 210 but then I got eye surgery, and I fell off the wagon, for August, I planned on getting back on it until I broke my fucking hand then I couldn't do shit. And yeah, sard and insane amounts of chocolate brought me to the point of breaking when I realized "Holy fuck, I'm a fat piece of shit"
The worst part is that I weighed 160 pounds a year and a half ago
