Weird Logic MIDI glitching

I'm programming drums in logic 8 and every now and then one will trigger along with the others on fills for no reason. I cant find anything on the piano roll or lists that making it do this, and I'm coming dangerously close to throwing my mac into a lake out of spite.

i've ran into problems like that with programming midi and using superior drummer in logic. i just gave up on it and now i do my midi programming externally and import it when im all done, final changes can be made within the daw but for the most part i program externally

What is triggering during rolls? Have you added additional x-drums and made sure they have different note assignments?

Fixed it. Deleted the track i was using and moved the midi information into a new one and it works fine.

There's something similar in Cubase, where during the first 2 bars of a fast song, anything MIDI-related will get a weird jumpy glitch EVERY time. It's like the MIDI goes out of sync for a second and reverts to default tempo for a second.

The fix is to "start" the song 5 seconds into the project, instead of 0.00.000
