What about the new Anthrax album?

I was at the Anthrax/Priest show in NYC, and they plaed a new song off the new album, it was killer! I hope the rest of the new album is heavy and brutal. Personally I like older Anthrax better (Belladonna era), but they have a new singer now and I accept that, hell, I even like it. Whatever direction they go in is fine by me, I'm a die-hard fan and will but their new album no matter if it sucks or not. On another note, I'm glad to see Megadeth went back to their older stuff...

When does the new album come out anyway? I know they said they were coming back in the summer for another tour...Hopefully for the new album...

Yeah, I heard summer, too. Can't comment on the quality of the new one 'cause I haven't heard it, but it should at least be good, if not excellent. Anthrax haven't ever put out a bad CD, so why would they start now?

This album is heavier than the Lane Bryant show that KISS played two weeks ago. It is catchier than coming home to find Jenny McCarthy naked cooking chicken parm.

Jono, you mentioned that Superhero will make the CD good even if the rest of the tracks suck.

Really now, what are the chances that any of their songs will suck? About the only way that could happen is if they replace John, Scott, Charlie, Frank, AND Rob with the Backstreet Boys.
