What are the odds?

What are the odds that Velvet Revolver will bring hard rock back into the mainstream? RCA has been pumping a lot of promo into the band, I was watching Fuse the other night & saw no less than 6 adds for the record within an hour's time! I'm interested & will get a copy, I don't know if it will be great or not, but I'm willing to gamble on that vs. an GNR record(if & when it comes out!).

wasnt there something in the press about scott weiland getting v.vupset over a review of it by rock sound or something?must admit i'm not hoping beyond hope that its gonna be great.
i could of course be very wrong about it.it might be another appetite for destruction.

on a slightly different subject,did anyone else think that new janes addiction stuff was poo too?

Baldy, there's a couple tracks on the new Jane's disc that were excellent, as a record, it's not mind blowing, but then again, they will never top Nothing's Shocking!

I think I will check out Velvet Revolver for giggles it might be good but Janes Addiction eeeh I'll pass lol

The new Jane's was not bad, surprisingly. Their first album was my favorite and then Nothing Shocking. Lost interest after that.
