I thought they were exactly known for not beeing that kind of music.
You must understand I have certain prejudges about anything even remotely related to "...-core".
But I just listened to "I will return" and despite the screaming-vocals at some points it really doesn't remind me of mentioned "...-core".
More like melodeath.
I think everybody in this forum is pretty decent and so we can really discuss this without shouting and crying

The Black Diarrhea Mystery suck...
There's nothing wrong with deathcore done right either... Animosity, the first Whitechapel album... and a few others are perfectly fine.
And after a quick second check of the two songs (and that video that made me want them to die in a fiery tour bus accident) from the new cd on their myspace, it's the same awful metacore shriek mixed with okay death growls...it's the same shit from all the rest of their albums... and it's the same bunch of faggots. Opinion not changed.
Edit: And for melodic death metal or melodeath... the new Insomnium works far better for me.
Double Edit: Sorry for the hostility... but I dislike them quite a bit and think they're truly awful. The praise of their countless fanboys is quite grating.

and btw, I think BDM vids are cool, what do you want? Predictable DM with a lame wannabe zombie movie with sequences of the band playing and headbanging in a black and white panorama? BOOOORING.
BDM dont take themselves too seriously, they can shred, they give a good show. I understand how some people can have probs with Trevor vocals but I personally like then.
