Not the biggest Apple fan here, windows 7 works fine for me since day one and if I would get
one it would be a real Mac, but the price tag is just too high for me.

My budget is 800-1,2k € if anybody has a recommendation

Just build your own machine Stef. Go to newegg (even if you won't be buying from them) and spend a GOOD amount of time learning which parts to get. That site is a very nice source of user reviews, and you can organize the items by 'Best Rating' quite effectively.
