Yes, this is a real album by the Mexican goregrind band Paracoccidioidomicosisproctitissarcomucosis. I picked it up at the Northwest Death Fest, and its absolutely the most disgusting music I've ever heard. It made my bassist's girlfriend sick. I thought it was amazing :worship:

Funny thing is, I have a 25 disc cd player... that I've used all of once and that was when I had all of 6 cd's. Now I have too many cds to count, or at the least to many to not want to fucking count.
