What do the other (former) EOS members say?

I wonder how the other (now, rather, former) Edge Of Sanity members feel about the existance of a record called Crimson II under the EOS banner...? Dan, do you care? Did you send them a copy and maybe even got a reaction?
And how about the rights business concerning the name? I mean, you left that band and they released stuff under the EOS name without you participating, so how come that you're using it again now?

None of them are happy about it, of course. But I must say that they all behaved like gentlemen and I am eternally grateful for this opportunity to even out the balance
