What does Dewy Prime mean?

What does dewy Prime mean.
I´m considering Dewy Prime as a name on our boat.

I know Dewy means dugg (in Norwegian) "moist with or as if with dew"
But prime can mean a lot of things.

its not a good name for a boat
read somewhere oddlief wrote the song as a dedication to sailors that lost there lives in one of norways worst boating accidents, when ships crashed on the norweigan coastal rocks.
