I'm in XP now but still choose Phoenix over IE. I never have any problems with pages that doesn't work and Phoenix actually has a much better support for standards and css then IE. phoenix is a light version of Mozilla and is availible for Linux too.

I could imagine the rep being another feature used to harass people (in some places...). Here's it's okay. I personally haven't given rep (good or bad) to anyone, but it's fun to see other users' comments and which posts they approve/disapprove of, not that I care if they disapprove of my ramblings.
