I cannot comment on you or your wife, as I don't know you. But -- LONDON AND NEW YORK? Two places with plenty of problems, if you open your eyes. And nothing for culture produced on their own.

London and New York having nothing of culture produced by themselves? You embarrassed yourself with your lack of knowledge about the world.

Wrong. A utopia is an idealized state. I am an idealist who does not seek an ideal - optimum, perfection, culmination of progress - in that sense.

You might do well to familiarize yourself with the requisite definitions in the Cambridge Encyclopedia of Philosophy, because you just embarrassed yourself through ignorance of vocabulary here

You really think that the things you said can become real?
And I tought that the nature of term idealist is to pursue ideals.... How wrong of me... Just how did I even came up with the tought that the one who considers himself an idealist does not seek ideals...?
