I think it's more likely to be Turner's syndrome actually (45,X), but it would be easier to tell if you could see webbing on the neck, ascites (fluid in peritoneal cavity), or convex finger nails
Klinefelter Syndrome babies don't usually show many physical abnormalities, infact in most cases affected men lead healthy, normal lives..
So you didn't actually want your question to be answered at all.. You just thought it would be amazingly amusing to post a picture of a girl with a genetic abnormality so everyone could laugh at her?
