I had heard that May 21st was rapture with the destruction of the world happening by October 21st but since rapture didn't occur the rapture date had been moved to October. But it's hard to keep track of/care about bullshit of this magnitude.

Bit late on this one, but last Saturday (the day of the "Rapture") at work I flat packed a couple of boxes, only to find out that someone wanted them intact. A colleague said "Don't worry, it's not the end of the world", which sounded ironic given what was (not) happening that day.
