It was with Styx & Bad Company and he put on a great show even though my wife thinks he was eyeing me up for a dance on his pink sheets.TD said:KISS Alive! muthafucka!
And yes, I had "Don't Say No" on 8 - track!!! Great album. I guess about 3 years ago, when Billy went out opening for two other retro acts on one of those package tours, he played the entire Don't Say No record from start to finish. Good record.

Bruce Kulick of KISS fame played with Billy on the album before "Don't Say No." I gotta chance to talk to Bruce in 1995, and I asked him about his experience with Billy. Needless to say, Billy had a lot of issues. Bruce didn't mention anything about him being gay, but seeing how Billy Squire was good pals with Freddie Mercury (Freddie sang on a Billy record in 1986 I believe) it is not a stretch...................Badatta2ud said:It was with Styx & Bad Company and he put on a great show even though my wife thinks he was eyeing me up for a dance on his pink sheets.
TD said:Billy's band was "the Pipers." They had a hit single in the late 70's, but I can't recall it's title off hand.
That's right! Was the "hit" i'm thinking of called "who's your boyfriend?" or something like that???????????????Badatta2ud said:Actually it was just Piper.
Yes, I was(and still kinda am) a huge Billy Squier fan. Awesome guitarist and one of the most distinctive voices in rock.
