Then Iron Maiden Made in Japan, only a mini album.

I think the first Metal album I bought would be Bat out of Hell........

first singles i recall owning were:-
the sweet - blockbuster
T-Rex - solid gold easy action
The Osmonds - crazy horses
i was 4 1/2 and played them constantly on my little record player with a speaker in the lid (btw this was in 1975)

first album i bought was iron maiden - killers

first anthrax album was spreading the disease - still got my original vinyl copy of that but it is unplayable these days hehehe

I remember owning a mess of KISS LPs but I didn't buy them. First one I bought was Lionel Richie's Dancing on the Ceiling. At least I think that was the name of the record, and not just a single.

Michael Jackon - Thriller on cassette was the first proper album I ever owned.

The rest was compilation tapes from mum & dad, consisting of The Pistols, The Clash, Wreckless Eric, Led Zeppelin, T-Rex, Deep Purple & that sort of stuff.

The first album I owned was KISS - Double Platinum. I think I still have it, too.

I think my first album was Michael Jackson. I was like 6 or 7. Then a year later I got Beach Boys which somehow led me to the Fat Boys because they did a song called Wipe Out together. If you wanna debate as to who it was that mixed rap and rock together, It was them.



Which then led me to the Beastie Boys, Aerosmith, then GnR. My first metal albums was Armored Saint "march of the saint". The only reason why I got it was for the album cover. There was no other factor, simply the album cover. I first heard Anthrax in 88. Around that same time. I was a huge Anthrax fan but Slayer and Megadeth, along with Metallica were all pretty much the same in my priority of metal. It wasn't until Bush joined Anthrax that I became a diehard fan. Slayer never really did anything classic after Abyss and Megadeth got lamer and lamer every year. Anthrax has aged really well.

I had Disco Duck, too!!! Then it was the Chipmunks Country record, followed by Thriller. As for real music, it was KISS Alive!, Double Platinum, and I'm the Man.

After this I never sold a single LP /CD no mather how worse they are!!They just sold out a show in 4 minutes in England, only 2000 tix available, turnout was 200.000 + people!!reunion tour is coming up with allstar cast : Andy/John/Roger Taylor

1984 by Van Halen. The album cover featured a baby (actually a cherub) smoking a cigarette and it freaked my mom out pretty bad. About 90% of the women I have dated in my adult life have been teachers and I've always blamed the Hot for Teacher video for that. Miss Phys Ed was yummy....
