so did I , every single and every LP, I sold them for nothing , just 2 buy a Whitesnake and Priest album, worst trade I ever made. After this I never sold a single LP /CD no mather how worse they are!!They just sold out a show in 4 minutes in England, only 2000 tix available, turnout was 200.000 + people!!reunion tour is coming up with allstar cast : Andy/John/Roger Taylor
Simon Le Bon and Nick Rhodes!!!

last album bought MXPX : before everything and after!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I still have 7 and the Ragged Tiger on vinyl. a while ago, I looked them up on google just for the hell of it...they still bring mass hysteria wherever they go. I remember when I was 14 and my cousin and I listened for hours to DD, I had the biggest crush on John Taylor.

Kiss - Alive. A double vinyl set with the inserts. It was great. I still have it somewhere I think. My first concert was also the Kiss Alive tour. I was in the 7th grade. Damn I'm old.

yeh, I've heard about that album. Sounds awesome!

ps. this may be a stupid question, but I think Anthrax should have a tribute album (if they don't already) sorry, its just that everyone has a tribute album out...it gets confusing.

Did anyone of you Duran Duran fans have any of Andy Taylors solo stuff in their collection? My friend had one of his albums produced by Steve Jones of the Pistols.

If I recall correctly, my first record was "Muhammed Ali vs. Tooth Decay" although the first music album I had was something by KISS. I know that when I got a record player for my birthday I got the Gene Simmons solo album. I don't remember if I had earlier albums before that or not. I think I did- I know I had Dynasty, Dressed to Kill, Destroyer, Love Gun... I remember listening to them at my grandparents house. We lived in the middle of nowhere and they lived in a suburb of Detroit so I could get records there. Kinda hazy on the whole chronology though.

on spun.com they are selling a Suicidal Tendecies album, a lot off songs really are fucked up, I think it's one of the hardest bands to cover!! CYCO MIKE also has an album out with Steve Jones on guits, don't have the Taylor album , what I've heard of it it's pretty heavy!

From what I remember of the Taylor album it was heavier than Powerstation. It was "like" GNR type hard rock. I thought it was pretty good. He also did a song for the movie American Anthem called Take It Easy, Good Rock song but not as hard as the album Jones produced. Mike with Jones sound interesting.

The first LP i owned was by The Wombles (UK TV annimated programme about furry creatures who collected litter) I was only about 4 or 5 years old!

The first Lp I brought was Live after Death - Iron Maiden

My first album was Free For All from Ted Nugent. I bought it with the money I got on my 6th birthday. It makes me shed a tear when I think about how my older brothers looked after me.
