Just out of curiosity...

(I have a ton because I have net access at work) I go to:

http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/archivepix.html Its the astronomy picture of the day. Some are crap, but some are cool.

http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/index.aspx Just for the latest music news.

www.spawn.com Where I terrorise the very nearly dead from boredom comics messageboard.

www.bluesnews.com For videogame news.

www.hotmail.com to answer my email. Derr.

www.ebay.com Because theres always SOMETHING on there to win ;)

http://www.photo.net/photodb/folder?folder_id=110282 Because no matter how often I look at them, these photos are always good :)

www.newsarama.com For comics news and art.

www.icedearth.com For the messageboard naturally.

www.tombstone.gr For metal news and hilarious cd reviews, obviously they do not have english as their first language, so I probably shouldnt laugh because I dont know any other languages at all, but stuff like the following is always great:

"The songs are not
good, the arrangements are not good, but worst of all is their singer who thinks he has a good voice,
but hasn't. His voice has a wide range but it simply ain't good, while he clearly doesn't know how to
use it effectively. Anyway, the point is that the songs are not good and that even the few good ideas
are not transformed into full good songs. The production is good enough but the production can't
save the day when the music is so bad.

Many peoples online journals, I dont even know half of them, but once I start reading them, I dont seem to be able to stop, its strangely compelling being able to read other peoples thoughts.

Thats a lot of sites... I dont hit them all at once though, just throughout the day.

Oh and loads of ultimatemetal.com forums naturally :)

Let's see...

www.news.com.au for news (appropriately enough).

www.michaeldvd.com.au for DVD stuff.

www.imdb.com to look up movie info.

www.darkhorizons.com for movie rumours, etc.

www.metal-sludge.com cos it rules.

www.rugbyleague.co.nz , www.rleague.com , www.nrl.com.au and http://sport.news.com.au/sportindex/0,5154,league^NRL^TEXT,00.html for NRL news.

www.pwtorch.com for wrestling news.

www.fark.com when I'm bored.

www.onion.com and www.dailyprobe.com on Wednesdays.

www.humorinthenews.com on Mondays.

www.snopes.com every couple of days.

Mostly forums for me:

@ UM: Dungeon, Maiden Downunder, Sinergy, Fury, Aus. Scene, Japan Scene...

Before it was taken down, the forum at Metal Warriors

The Full Strength + it's Forum (hey, Matt!) :)

There's a recording forum which is actually quite boring for the most part that some dude called Mixerman posts on... He's mixing a multi-million dollar signed band and he's been posting his journals every day... MAN! What a brain-fuck to read! Check this out: http://www.prosoundweb.com/recording/mm/week1/mm.php (Don't forget to check to see if there's multiple pages)

Quite a few Aus wrestling boards (well, just 2 now - a lot of them were taken down after the big bloodbath fiasco at the last PCW show... Don't get me started! )

All of the Dungeon site stats pages (gotta know how we're doing and where people are coming from of course!) :)

And, while this isn't strictly a site, the Cakewalk SONAR newsgroups - amazing wealth of information there for recording, not just about their excellent recording software...

Probably more stuff but that's the definite must-check-out's every day...

Haha! There is some funny stuff on there

So far my favourite is :

I decided that since I wasn’t 100% confident with the drum sound thanks to Dumb Ass’ less than stellar coordination of multiple limbs hitting skins, that I should fill the Producer in on my disappointment with his drumming skills.

ha - I've been reading the Mixerman journal too. Very entertaining stuff!

Other sites on my daily list are:

Titanium board @ titaniumarchives.com
UM (Blaze & here)
IMBB (mainly out of habit, there's bugger all there that interests me lately)
Harmony Central guitar forum (habit again)

TD Waterhouse online share trading

I thought planet mpg was some kind of techno band until it hit me a few seconds later that it probably wasnt
