It's not your typical heavy Katatonia, it's very gloomy with all clean vocals, keys/synth, and a repetitive drum beat.

What genre would this fall under?

I wouldn't classify specific songs when it comes to Katatonia. With their older stuff they have heavier vocals, and it the vocals lighten up a bit as time progresses.

I don't give it a classification because it really has no place that it fits into. I just think it's a great song to fall asleep (or make love) to.

err ... Death Metal - specifically melodic death/doom, like the rest of the album. Just because the song doesn't have the same obvious aesthetics you would associate with the genre, you can't take it out of the album as a complete work of art.
