If you haven't noticed by now... ITS NOT THE SAME LINK!! in each game its a different link. Out of every other generation a chosen one is born and he always looks the exact same and ends up saving the world wearing the same garb (when you first get the link clothes in Twilight the dude says its the clothes the ancient hero wore). if you read the story while u play the game in Twilight Princess they always refer to an ancient hero who did all these great things (all the things that you do in ocarina) its quite obvious.
