[Depth Perception]

I got hooked to the song "The Sun Was In My Eyes (part 1)" when I first heard that album.

That song is fucking epic! So is Dragged Across the Forest Floor. The lyrics in the song actually mention Ypres Rd. which is about a 5 minute walk from my house! Woods were previously from my hometown, Windsor, and they (to my knowledge) are named after a small wooded area here. I always take my acoustic guitar there to jam in the summer, so it's a unique experience to listen to Woods of Ypres and relate to their music. It's very inspirational to hear David pour his soul into songs like The Sun Was in My Eyes.

im not one to pass judgement or anything you know, but... do some people really just listen to metal exclusively (or prefer metal to any other music genre)?! i think that's ridiculous considering metal sucks except for a very few exceptions. but to each his own, i guess.
