For straight-up hard rock? Well, that'd have to be Led Zep. Followed by the other greats: G'n'R, AC/DC, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Deep Purple, and the more grunge-y Alice In Chains, and Soundgarden. With so-called progressive rock, it would have to be Pink Floyd.
