I love Tesla, but it's really hard for me to categorize them as Hair Metal. They're bluesy hard rock. They never wore an ounce of hair spray or eye-liner in their lives. Great stuff though--always top-notch guitar work, and I personally love the vox. Good songs, honest no-frills band.
