Where to order 'For the Revolution? Preorder?

I've gotten a couple Kalmah albums from Century Media but they list The Black Waltz as being out of stock and have for a long time so I'm not sure they'll be the best to order from.

Who will be the quickest to order from for those of us in the US? Any preorders specials / combos available? I could always use another Kalmah shirt for myself or the wife.

I ordered my albums from my local music store (JB-HI-FI, not sure if their international). It takes a while, but i feel this is a safe/sure way to do it, not to sure about shirts though, you can try http://www.rockabilia.com/search.php?mode=search i believe their based in the US.

Ebay sellers have been selling these shirts for awhile now, i wouldn't order from Rockibilia the shipping prices are stupid. Try www.theendrecords.com, they are alot better than most US based mailorders.
