Who is the best singer: Bruce Dickinson, Rob Halford or King Diamond?
I'm not sure but it's between King Diamond and Rob Halford.
Whoever votes for Ripper owens is a dumbass!!!!!!! He's nothing compared with Halford!

I chose Bruce Dickinson. He has a good voice with good range and never needs to use falsetto. I still think that Rob Halford is a good singer. Even though he uses falsetto a lot, he never sounds operatic, like so many power metal qwags do nowadays.

I think I'm going to have to go with King Diamond. Not only is he an amazing singer, he's a lyrical mastermind. He creates CD's for his bands King Diamond and Mercyful Fate year after year, and each of them are amazing.

Halford comes in close second due to his history and amazing voice... He's not the best writer in the world though.

Ripper Owens rocks, I don't know what the original poster was thinking. His vocal range on Jugulator kills.

I'd say Dickinson then Halford. Although I think both are great! I lean more toward Bruce's style -- Halford sometimes is too falsetto for me...
