I made this snare sample for a record. The mixing/mastering guy asked if he could use it on his other records. I said no. Seems like he's using it anyway. Fuck him - everyone might as well have it now :Smokedev:

Their drummer is incredible, and has one of the best kits I've ever recorded. He triggers his kick live, and really liked a particular Steve Slate kick sample after we messed around with it a bit. We triggered snares for big beats and he played everything else live. These guys are the epitome of electronic metal, so it only made sense to do a hybrid of live/triggered sounds.

Those bass drops were all Jonny, their vocalist. He does all of the electronic programming stuff. Super talented dude. All really great, down to earth guys. One of the nicest group of guys I've ever worked with.
