Who's got Bush Singin Gung Ho live?

I have lots of boots but none of them includes John singing Gung-Ho. But I'm sure John sang it live at least once.

I witnessed them play it here in NY when the where warming up for the original dates for the Priest tour. I was amazing! I hope they put it back into the set.

didn't they cancel the whole aid??

I really dunno. I guess I spotted it in some old alphamail, back in the days the live album had been planned, quote from Scott: "We have recorded Gung-Ho live from the Chuck Billy benefit..." I could have been wrong, you know.

i read somewhere the show was cancelled because there were some rumours about the money being spend on speedboats and not to cure Billy.
Also I can't find anything in the Anthrax archives, so I guess this aid never happened.

I have a few sets from the Thrash Of The Titans show and this is on the covers.

"This special event took place at the Maritime Hall, which at first was to be an anchor venue.
Ultimately it became the final location, as the organizers were unable to secure a larger
venue. All three levels of the Maritime Hall were opened for this concert to cater to the sold-
out crowd of 2300 fans.
Unfortunately, a scandal unfolded following the benefit. Rumors such as Chuck Billy's record
label completely covering his medical insurance, being paid $480 a week, and donation
money spent on cosmetic surgery, new expensive vehicles, and stadium box seats. These
allegations were confirmed by Tales From The Pit, who was the event's co- organizer. Chuck
Billy's camp stated, "The TOTT raised $52, 000 and was paid the week after the show which
was a great day. The first thing we did was called Ms. Schuldiner to tell her the great news."
