You've seen it at the end of the antisocial video(im pretty sure)......finger puppet of the not man(even though im sure that anthrax got the character from the finger puppet, because they said it looked like an old friend)

I have 2 of these at home........I remember as a kid seeing a NOT MAN finger puppet..........being a huge anthrax fan I bought 2 and never seen them since.

I have one of those Notman finger puppets.
Scott told me that it was used by Island for something... and it just stuck/became a part of Anthrax.
Buddy said they only made 8,000- I think- of that set (in your picture).

The Notman finger puppet came from one of those toy-machines, I think. BuddyLoveBomb knows all about them.
Island had one of those puppets, then Anthrax adopted it and named him Notman. I'm pretty sure that's how the story goes.
