Why do women earn so much less?

I think the fact that physical work comes more naturally to males is exactly why this is sexism, because regardless of whether or not the fact is that the particular female worker in question can do the work, she's still a woman, and is reckoned as such, and thus paid as such.

True...but if you were hiring a bunch of people to say, build you a house would you pick a group of male workers or female workers?...Ok, that is basically sexism right there.

But from my childhood days of watching Tim Allen in Home Improvement, I suppose I generally got the impression that women would usually fuck everything up out of ignorance. Of course, everyone knows what happens in the end. That show was very very sexist.

It's basically true. Gay guys usually hangout with a group of females...and it seems like most girls I know have at least one gay friend.

I usually find that when I am around males, there is no real conversation at all outside of the very casual. Maybe it's different for me because I tend to be a bit closer with females I know though I don't actually date them or anything. I have no problem connecting with women.

I have no problem connecting with women either...with my penis. That is because I am ripped and will likely earn 200k+ a year.

YOu don't date females you know?

I'm basically single and not looking. However I can accumulate good friendships with females who if I wanted could probably go out with no problem, but currently I have no desire to be with anyone. Problem is, I almost pick my female friends as I would be it a girlfriend, weird? I've said this before but I have a hard time relating to people in general so I basically seek people who I have things in common with. I don't really have any female friends (coworkers excluded) who I am not attracted to, and vice versa lol.
