Win7/Reaper users. Need help w/ VSTs

I got a new PC yesterday and am in the process now of re-DLing most of the apps I used to use. I got my GuitarPort/POD Farm and Reaper reinstalled w/o any probs, but I'm a little confused as to how to re-ad all the VSTs I was using previously.

Any suggestions?

Options > Preferences > "Plug-Ins" > VST

Then change the VST plugins path.
