WinBPM substitute that works in 64 bit?

I used to use WinBPM for years to calculate the BPM in tunes I was listening to, but now that I'm using Vista 64 WinBPM won't run. Is there anything else out there that lets you tap a tempo on a key on your keyboard and calculates the average BPM of each tap against all the previous ones while displaying it on the screen and updating it after each tap?

Hopefully I was clear enough, if not, go search for a copy of WinBPM and try it out.

Use a free delay plugin, you can click the tempo tap using your mouse
