Windir Memorial Album

Hey, does anybody know if and where I can pre-order the last Windir album ( 2 cd one, in memory of Valfar ) in the US? It's going to come out in August / September, and I would kill for a copy. It's suppose to be a great album, with tons of stuff from all their albums as well as unreleased stuff. If you like Windir, you should get this album. All proceeds from the album go to Valfar's family, which is a great way to directly help out his family if you were as moved as I was by his death and there was nothing you could do about it. Valfar was a hero. May his soul find rest - now let's help out his family.
