"Windowpane" video MPEGs here!

Hi all,

I've never posted here before. I saw Opeth for the first time Friday with Porcupine Tree and was completely blown away. I'm not a huge fan of the death metal stuff, but Damnation is becoming one of my favorite albums ever.

I recorded the repeat of Headbanger's Ball last night, and I made 2 MPEGs out of "Windowpane" - one SVCD quality 140 meg one and another low quality 22 meg one. Here they are:

Make sure you are upgraded to the latest version of Windows Media Player 9 with the latest codecs (assuming you are on a Windows platform of coutrse). If that doesn't work, try downloading and installing the "DefilerPak". It contains a bunch of current codecs:

BTW, Eliogabalus, I don't pay a dime for the server. My ISP is clueless, and doesn't impose upload limits on the web space, which is supposed to be like 10 megs. I've been uploading shit for over a year, and no one has deleted anything.

Hmmm... I captured the video to my computer as an MPEG2, but I thought when I converted it to the smaller files it became MPEG1. For those who can't play it, try opening opening the file in a software DVD Player like PowerDVD or WinDVD.

BTW illbeleavinnow, you're right. The host for Headbanger's Ball is a complete fuckin' tool. He couldn't even read the cue card right.
I'm completely shocked they aired the video. And most of the song is intact, only Mikael's last vocals were taken out. Both guitar solos were even included. I'm amazed.
