seriously...

this band is massive!

everything sounds great... although it seems like there is a lot of mastering reverb.

other than that, holy poop! :worship:

this production/mastering, imo... will go down as one of my favorites.

yeah... joey did an excellent job!

i think chango did awesome work on the "sleeping with sirens" record.

this is definitely their best, imo!

also, i think those are slate drums, not superior... i could be wrong.

definitely the best thing to come out of chango, I suspect joey had a lot to do with the tonal character of this cd. Most other stuff thats comes out of chango is unlistenable for me because the drums, especially the cymbals. The sleeping with sirens cd has especially terrible sounding sounding overheads, very overhyped between 5-10k, ruins the whole mix imo.

If all joey did was master it then a lot of what you like about this actually was done by chango. over all chango does do great work.

True, the programming stuff and all the cool electronic elements are really sweet. I know that was done by chango and they did a good job. Very creative production overall. I was just noting that this CD doesnt have as much of that crappy sounding tone in the HF as the other releases by chango have, and I suspect it is because of Joey's mastering.

Don't you have the same feeling that all these stuttering FX distract you from the basic music and the songs? At first I didn't noticed them that much, but when I heard the album a second time, it got deeply on my nerves.
