woe, is me - number[s] (woeeee!)

uhh that must mean good placement.
A cd that flows is far better than any cd that is chopping with constant start, stop, start, stop

That's not what I'm trying to get at, yes the flow is seamless and Joey did a great job with that. However, because everything is not ALL about recording (or is it) the band clearly stays in one key the first half of the cd. I don't even know if they ever switch out of key the entire cd.

This band's first release is great. But I would like to see them move around a little bit, his melodies will be far less repetitive and the melodic leads incorporated in each part they have might sound nice if they switched things up a bit. I know hardcore and metal isn't just 8,0.

like the Sleeping With Sirens record. this cd is SOOO SHORT. over in a blink.
And the fact that there aren't many Gaps between songs, contributes to this.
but I suppose that isn't Cameron's Fault.

I think this CD went a little too far with the effects. I don't think it was all well placed.
I feel like some of it was done just for the sake of doing more FX.
But lets face it, because of production like this, kids are becoming increasingly more ADD.

the balance between musician and producer on Woe, Is Me is WAYYY off.

I feel like everyone overlooks Cameron's work with Jamie's Elsewhere and their record "They Said A Storm Was Coming"
I think this is the best album to drop out of Chango. much less produced. and it lets the musician's talent shine through much more.

nevertheless.
Good job to Cameron for dropping a great record.
And good job to Joey for doing a FANTASTIC master.

^ +1 so true it is hands down the best cd production wise to come out of chango for sure

They run a track for all FX, they took the CD at a super high bit rate cut the vox, guitars, bass and drums. Left in the massive snare hits, drops everything. Keyboard player does nothing, trust me I watched them.

I worked on their stage for Warped this year, keyboard player does literally nothing and does not plug in his keyboard at all.

The singer also lip-sync'd his tracks for at least the beginning of the tour, and on one previous tour. If you raised the actual vocal fader on the FoH desk all you'd hear was his breathing.

I should also note that this band is fucking awful in every way, shape, and form.

This made the earlier necromancy worth reading. Thank you for making me laugh.

Speaking of gay, the singer hooked up with Jeffrey Star on the tour. No joke.

*edit* One of the guitarists did, as well.

Not that theres anything wrong with that.
