Man last night in Montreal was fucking epic. The opening bands kinda sucked, and the third one was absolute garbage, but Woods SLAYED. The most epic moment was when everyone chanted the backing vocals to "Everything I Touch...". Too bad I had to bail right after the set, would've wanted to down a few beers with Woods!

I've been to many shows here, ranging from bands like Burst, Powerglove, Moonspell, etc. playing to crowds of a couple dozen people, to shows of a couple hundred people like Kreator/Voivod, Finntroll, Deicide, etc.

Never been to the Magic Stick, but it's basically the second floor of the Majestic Theatre, where I've seen bands like Carcass and Between the Buried and Me/Cynic/Devin Townsend Project

Also haven't been to the Pike Room, but it's another second level venue at the Crofoot, where I saw Mastodon play on their Crack the Skye tour

Can't wait to see Woods again its been a long 2 years! It'll be my third time in three different cities lol.
