Ok, I'm new to the forum, and NO I didn't just register to post this thread. I belong to many forums, and I know how it's gets annoying when people do that.

anyways, I'm in a metal band, we've been workin together for about 5 years, we just did pre-pro on 3 songs, its basically the best shit we've done to date but I've never really heard an honest, intelligent opinion on our music, so if you have a few minutes check out 1 of the songs and tell us what you think???? thanks

though I would've loved to hear some tonal varieties through the guitar work.
and...no singer?
other than perhaps switching it up a bit, it sounds really really good!

yea man thanks. well its just pre-production, we didn't spend much time on it. its basically so our singer can write lyrics. we do have a singer. what do you suggest for the guitar work, you mentioned something about tonal varieties???

well i'm not sure if it's just me, but i'm a fan of different wah techniques and different types of distortion and such. that's kind of what i was hinting at.

I cant tell you if I like the song without hearing lyrics with it.Songs just dont sound complete without voice. But your guitar work does sound pretty cool,I would recomend outting drums down on volume though

I'm halfway through the first one so far, and I'm diggin the guitarwork - I prefer music w/o singing most of the time

I think it wouldn't hurt to expand or at least repeat the idea you have at X and 2:36 a little, but yeah, you guys are together with all the changes and have a real solid tone.
