Reacting to some bare skin is ok. Smile, flirt, nodd, whatever. I just don´t think it´s okay when a total stranger comes up and grabs your ass. When I worked at a festival last year, girls who looked no older than 14-15 stepped up and grabbed my ass (and I didn´t have a tattoo, tanktop or thong ). Usually I don´t bother, it´s like tapping me on the shoulder but it was creepy to be asspinched by little girls.

God forbid you did it to them...you'd be doing time.
