Yes, I'm sure again I'm late to the party, but it looks like I can add yet another entry to the list of things my former housemate has gotten me hooked on - this song is so fucking good,
I never realized how amazing aggressive Halford-esque vocals can sound over a wall of double bass, I don't like it as much when the Into Eternity guy does it (in fact, I just don't really like IE), but MAN does this rule. MUST HAVE MOAR
EDIT: However, the chorus would be about a billion times better if it didn't have that stupid chromatic part going up to the tonic in it (when he sings "Deceiver takes my soul"). God I hate when bands do that, it's exactly the same in Skid Row's "18 and Life", DEATH TO CHROMATICISMS IN CHORUSES (you all who are keeping track, you can also add this to your list of things Marcus hates, along with blues, Warrell Dane, breakdowns, and overhead lighting )
