Here are some samples from the Win Version of Onqel's new awesome X50 Rack.

Thanks to Jaymz for the tracks. All Rhythm Guitars are X50. The Lead track is not X50, it was included in the backing track. There is NO Post EQ at all on the Rhythm Guitar Tracks. I wanted to demonstrate the sound "straight out of the box" The Impulse used is my new 70Cap 30Cone which is included with the X50 Rack (at least the Beta Version).

Sounds awesome. Is there any chance one of the beta testers could compare x50 1 vs 2? Preferably with the same settings, internal cab loader bypassed and same impulse through same loader. I am interested in the difference between the core 5150 emulation more than the extras. Cheers

Both are RAW, no TS/OD, EQ at all. I have left them panned Left as they would be in a mix. Trying to match the levels was harder than I thought, so they might be a little off. Also, they may be a little hot and clip.

Note: Please don't take these examples as the best this software can deliver. I am sure many others can make it shine better than me.

EDIT: The test had some mistakes, diferent vol, diferent configuration, now it´s the same and vol matched.
new TSE sounds WAY better (IMO)
OLD vs NEW TSE X50

Using the exact same settings in the two versions.
Here the captures:
Settings X50 v1.0.2
Settings X50 v2.0

Chain:
Hellraiser C7 -> Countryman Type 85 -> Scarlett 6i6 -> TSE X50
(It's my first test, no bass here, guitars RAW, no EQ, no processing, only TSE X50)

Thanks for the comparisons. On GuitarHack's comparison v2.0 sounds a little bit more open in the upper mids.

In Tex's comparison, one of them sounds more open in the upper mids and I am assuming that is the v2.0, but there is no indication as to what is v1 and what is v2.
