Just got back from voting
Glad it went by quickly this time, since there was so much chocolate rain there that one could cut the cocoa-butter aroma with a knife. Well, I wrote in Ron Paul(yay)for pres. cause Mcsame(the lesser of 2 evils) has a 0% chance of winning CA. I also voted Yes on Prop 8(gay marriage ban), just to be a prick.

We have a prop 102 or something that defines marriage as a union between one man and two women. We had a similar prop that failed last time, but I think it tried to do a lot more, and may have directly addressed issues with civil union rights or whatever. This one is much more simple and straight forward with a single goal to define marriage. I think we already have an old, left-over line in our constitution that bans same-sex marriage.

Centuries past in post Medieval glory days

Yes, everything that happened hundreds of years ago is logical to take place today. You argued this in a stupid manner.

On a side note I'm in favor of the death penalty in extreme circumstances. Serial killers, mass murderers, other people of such nature... I can't imagine a society where Timothy McVeigh is allowed to live out the rest of his days.

Hear of all the voting machine failures? Why can't they get this stuff right? I voted early this morning, and the machine we were to feed our ballots into was not working. It had a slot on the side to slide the ballots in (it's all locked up). They said (I asked) that a dem and a repub official judge or whatever, would be the ones inserting the ballots later.
