It's funny man. Apparently, it is Morningrise that IS the fans' masterpiece - according to even Akerfeldt himself on the dvd. Seems like that trend is dwindling. I don't know, maybe it's just here on the forums though. I mean, it's not like we're receiving thousands of votes.

i can't really collectively say an album was great. Orchid was immature in its style and Morningrise was a bunch of disconnected riffs. (minus Advent) MAYH was just kind of weak. BWP was iffy as far as there was a few good ones and a few not so good ones. Deliverance was just emotionless technical shit and damnation was alright... oh wait....STILL LIFE FUCKING OWNS.
