The two Opeth albums (although MAYH confuses the hell out of me... way too vague)
Iced Earth - Dark Saga
Isis - Oceanic (also cool, even though I have no idea whats going on... but theres definately some kind of story)

forgot about that fear factory one!!

about the Isis- i too know that there's some kind of story going on. from what i've heard people chat about, though, is that it's like a suicide playing out. i don't know though, although it does make some sense. if opnly i could find all of the lyrics.
